Visitors must bring an ID every time they visit. No minors are allowed at Madison – Foster CCC. For minors to visit at Madison – Dwight Drive, approval must be first granted by the Case Manager with 72 hours notice. Minors may visit Madison – Schwert House as long as a guardian is present with the minor at all times. Minors may visit Green Bay – Marshall House with a 96 hour notice and approval by staff. No visitors for the first 7 days after arrival at Appleton – Addams House.
An individual visiting a client will need to have a Government Issue photo ID (driver license, passport, military ID, etc.). The visitor cannot be an individual whom themselves are currently on probation/parole.

To acclimate to programming, personal phone calls will be limited for clients in their first week of the program. Clients can be reached by calling the payphone. The payphone number would be provided by the client.
If there is an emergency, they can call the office phone for the facility.
Yes. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration. All drivers must be approved by the Case Manager or Site Supervisor. No one on probation or parole is allowed to drive clients.
