Fox Valley Unit Supervisor Full-Time: Appleton

This is a full-time position providing supervision to various ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. programs in the Fox Valley area, this also includes co-facilitation of the Appleton AODA IOP group as needed and clinical supervision of all Substance Abuse Counselors. The person in this position reports to the Northern Division Assistant Director-Chief of Operations regarding site supervision decisions, staff changes and up to date program operations. The person in this position must maintain the confidentiality of all client, program and agency information. The person in this position is required to maintain at all times, without lapse, his/her professional credentials and/or license/certifications.

 

Duties include meeting regularly with staff in the area to provide supervision, guidance, training, case collaboration and support. Coordinate and ensure proper completion of program reports and documents. Ensure coverage of all services. Ensure that contract objectives/requirements are met. Recruit, train, evaluate, motivate and discipline staff. Responsible for work schedules, timesheets, following ACS policies and procedures. Facilitate problem solving by serving as first line contact for employees. Maintain professional verbal and written contact with contract sources, ensure that quality service and public relations is established and maintained. Maintain a close, cooperative relationship with law enforcement and other community justice/human service agencies to promote public safety and successful program operation. Duties will also include co-facilitation of AODA IOP groups and providing clinical supervision to all area substance abuse counselors according to DRL requirements to include face to face contact with staff, auditing of client files, review and discussion of cases, and direct observation of services.

Acute Protective Services Monitor/Juvenile Case Manager Full-Time: Forest County

This is a full-time (40 hours) position with a flexible weekly work schedule associated with ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. (ACS) and the Forest County Department of Social Service's Acute Protective Supervision Program (ASPS) for delinquent youth and their families. The person in this position will provide case services under the direction of a County assigned Social Worker and monitor, track and counsel the youth/family as they fulfill explicit requirements established by the Courts and Social Services Department. ASPS has as its goals: 1) To focus on Forest County youth that are adjudicated delinquent and moderate/high-risk through, reducing their opportunities to commit crimes; increase their protective factors; preserve and improve family functioning; and decrease expenditures for County out-of-home and correctional placements; 2) To increase communication and involvement among community stakeholders such as family, social services, police department, schools, court system and other collateral agencies. Duties:

The CCT is a direct service position in the DHS 980 Supervised Release Program of ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. The DSE is a direct service position related to this agency's service agreement with the WI Department of Corrections for Direct Supervision Chaperone services for Sexually Violent Persons (SVP) on Supervised Release with DHS. The person in this position, along with other ATTIC CCTs will provide monitoring checks for the supervised residence(s) and client(s) residing there. The DSE staff person will be required to transport the SVP to and from approved destinations and may not allow the SVP to deviate from the approved itinerary for any purpose except medical emergency. Direct supervision is defined as continuous unimpeded sight, sound, and physical access, such the DSE can always see and hear the SVP client, and if necessary, physically contact the SVP without first going through any barrier. All services are provided as approved by the Department of Health Services, the Department of Corrections, and as authorized by your ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. Supervisor. CCT/DSEs are required to work cooperatively with the assigned SR Specialist and DOC Agent, who will coordinate local services/schedules and assign day-to-day tasks. The hours associated with this position will be scheduled on a random basis to meet the monitoring needs of the client. The person in this position could be required to work holidays and weekends. There is no set number of hours of work associated with this position and hours of work may be reduced and/or eliminated as program changes are made. The employed individual is required to utilize his/her own vehicle for transporting the client. Proof of insurance, a valid driver's license and good driving record are required for this position. The employed individual will be required to informally interact with the client(s) within a strict fraternization policy.
